Account Manager
You are highly organized, proactive to client needs, communicate effectively with the Employer Services team, the Director and with clients, have excellent written and oral communications skills and works well with a diverse team of professionals and clients. You are comfortable in a fluid environment where client engagements have unique needs and methods of engagement. Your responsiveness and attention to detail consistently produce the highest quality result for client engagements. You value proactive communication and delivering assignments in a timely manner. You have experience within human resources, wellness programming, benefits and similar industries.

Consultant Description
Overview: A Consultant is responsible for providing industry expertise to Intent Clinical, whether it be clinical, business-oriented, or creatively driven. Their duties include researching Intent Clinical’s role within the behavioral health industry, meeting with Intent Clinical team members to make suggestions and develop improvement plans based on their needs, and maintaining a professional relationship with Intent Clinical over time.
Responsibilities:
Outreach Coordinator
Overview: The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with potential referral sources in the community, educating professionals and consumers about Intent Clinical offerings, and increasing the number of behavioral health cases at Intent Clinical. Intent Clinical is a private pay, concierge behavioral health provider, supporting families and individuals with a range of issues including substance abuse, mental health, eating disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with OPG’s Director of Employer Services and will be responsible for working with OPG’s corporate clients.
- Overseeing all aspects of a client engagement by providing confidential, discreet support to client’s employees and leadership and creating strategy for wellness programming
- Serving as a primary contact for HR and leadership; will work directly with them to manage engagement, support their needs and work collaboratively to foster a long-term relationship; will upsell and market OPG with an eye toward renewal or expanding the program.
- Curating communication of OPG services to employees, create internal messaging marketing documents to advertise programming, inform stakeholders about the scope of offerings, set-up and launch of program,
- Manage launch for the client engagement including, but not limited to:
- Calendly links for direct employee engagement with an OPG coach.
- Coordination of all materials (bios, coach videos) to kick off program.
- Promotional materials and/or presentations to promote coaching and drive utilization.
- Preparation and delivery of weekly utilization reports for each client (including pulling data from salesforce, creating internal reporting documents, assess and report weekly themes from coaching and present to the client.
- Bi-weekly client meetings to provide insights.
- Oversight of all webinar content across all clients:
- Coordinate all webinar/presentation needs for all ES clients including quarterly meetings to review current needs; written description for clients; suggestions for content;
- Prepare running webinar content calendar for Director of Employer Services due each Monday.
- Coordinate dates and timing and prepare zoom links and calendar invites.
- Work with coaches to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with clients to ensure satisfaction with content.
- Run Mentimeter for presentations and upload content to Mentimeter.
- Manage intake calls for 1:1 mental health and wellness coaching and coordinate connection to a designated OPG coach;
- Input all call information in Salesforce under the appropriate Employer Services page
- Coordinate coaches for engagement, manage expectations regarding data input, caseload, responsiveness, reporting problems or issues with employees
- Meet weekly with the Director of Employer Services to provide program assessment
- Keep the Director of Employer Services informed of any problems, issues or complaints from the client and/or an employee
- Support for business development
- Research information from Zoom info and coordinate with Director new business mailings to clients
- Follow up with prospects, working closely with the Director and entering and updating all information in Salesforce .
- Identify podcasts guest spots for the Director, conferences and marketing opportunities for Employer Services to participate.

Responsibilities:
- Consultants can perform a variety of tasks depending on the identified area of need. Additionally, a Consultant should be able to collaborate with Intent Clinical team members and do the following:
- Provide industry-specific coaching and training to clientele
- Brainstorm strategies for growth, positive change and improvement
- Assist with marketing campaigns and brand development and review data.
- Give presentations and organize team meetings
- Dedicate time to generating new business and pitching clients
- Meet with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals and strategize methods for improvement
- Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions
- Collect data on clients and the business through interviews, workplace shadowing and researching documents

Responsibilities:
- Develop new relationships and educate clinical providers, non-profits, treatment centers, therapeutic schools, private schools, medical, financial and legal professionals on Intent Clinical offerings
- Review current list of contacts and referral sources and manage relationships in the behavioral health field
- Coordinate incoming leads with intake team at Intent Clinical
- Research speaking opportunities at relevant conferences, non-profits and other associations
- Represent Intent Clinical at conferences and other networking events
- Deliver presentations and webinars to audiences on Intent Clinical’s behalf
- Contribute to Intent Clinical blog and generate new, relevant content
- Create a pipeline of leads with agreed upon metrics upon hiring
