Through a curated national network of more than 400 highly specialized professionals spanning the full continuum of care, we move with intention from first call to care plan faster than anyone else in this space.

Who you are:
You are a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a dual-focus role: equal parts new business development and account management, requiring someone who can open doors and keep them open. You are a front-line ambassador for the Intent Clinical brand — earning trust with sophisticated, high-stakes professionals and positioning Intent Clinical as their go-to human-side partner for high-net-worth clients. You bring maturity, discretion, and a genuine understanding of the world our clients and partners operate in, and you approach every relationship with the consultative, relationship-driven mindset this role demands. You navigate the wealth advisor, family office, legal, top-tier employer, and clinician communities with ease and confidence, and you believe in Intent Clinical's mission and understand that the partnerships you build directly support some of the most sensitive and important work in the mental health space.

What you'll do:
New Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new referral partners across all target channels; wealth advisors, family offices, legal teams, top-tier employers, and clinicians.
  • Execute a disciplined outreach strategy that builds a consistent pipeline of qualified partner relationships.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover partner needs and clearly articulate the Intent Clinical value proposition.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed partnership agreement and successful first referral.
  • Represent Intent Clinical at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities relevant to target partner channels.
Account Management
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing referral partner accounts.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with partners to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
  • Monitor referral activity and partner health; proactively addressing any gaps in engagement or satisfaction.
  • Introduce partners to new Intent Clinical service lines as they become available, expanding the scope of each partnership over time.
  • Ensure every partner interaction reflects the concierge standard and brand promise of Intent Clinical.
Pipeline and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, pipeline status, and account health in the CRM.
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to the VP of Sales.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including new partner acquisition, referral volume, and account growth.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay current on trends and developments across the wealth management, behavioral health, and employer benefits spaces.
  • Share market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive insights with the broader sales and leadership team.
  • Identify emerging referral partner opportunities and bring them to the VP of Sales for strategic consideration.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring:
  • 4-7 years of sales or business development experience, with a track record of success in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience selling into or working alongside wealth management, financial services, behavioral health, healthcare, or employer benefits audiences strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the high-net-worth community and an understanding of the professionals who serve them — you navigate this world with ease and confidence.
  • Proven ability to manage both new business development and existing account relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust quickly, listen well, and represent a premium brand with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-directed and organized — you manage your pipeline, your time, and your priorities without needing close supervision.
  • CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to managing your book of business.
Nice to have (not required):
  • Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or concierge healthcare.
What we'll bring:
  • Flexible work environment, with primarily remote work.
  • Collaborative and supportive culture focused on your personal and professional growth.
  • Health, dental, vision, FSA plan, and 401K plan.
  • Wellness incentives of up to $500 annually.
  • Monthly phone stipend.
  • This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
  • Direct mentorship from senior sales leadership and a clear path for growth within a scaling organization.
