Position: Fertility Project Coordinator
Status: Part-time, 5-10 hours per week

Who we are:
Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assist in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.

Who you are:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced marketing representative in the fertility space to join our team. This part-time position offers pay of $25-$35/hour with variable hours, likely between 5-10 hours per week. The role combines expertise in third-party reproduction with a focus on marketing to promote our psychological assessment and counseling services for intended parents, egg donors, sperm donors, surrogates, and individuals navigating infertility. The ideal candidate will have a background in reproductive health, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in healthcare marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide marketing strategy for the following services:
    • Infertility support
    • Psychological evaluations of surrogates
    • Psychological evaluations of egg donors
    • Facilitation of cohort meetings between intended parents and surrogates
    • Emotional support for donor-conceived children
    • Emotional support for intended parents
    • Support for clinic and agency staff
    • Psychological evaluations for intended parents
  • Outreach and Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, donor agencies, surrogacy agencies, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals to our services.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and empathetic content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters) that educates and engages the community on topics related to third-party reproduction, ASRM-required psychological assessments, and coaching services.
  • Event Coordination: Represent the organization at industry conferences, webinars, and community events to raise awareness about the importance of mental health support in third-party reproduction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, report on outreach efforts, and suggest improvements based on client feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Track and monitor post-referral reporting and adjust recommendations as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.


What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • RN preferred
  • Experience in reproductive clinics and/or agencies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with intended parents, donors, or surrogates. Familiarity with ASRM guidelines and the psychological aspects of third-party reproduction
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, patient outreach, or service promotion. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and event planning is preferred.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, patients, and partners.
  • Ability to coordinate between clinical and marketing teams, ensuring streamlined communication and an integrated approach to service promotion.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Ability to think big-picture while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfort and quick learning curve with technology on day-to-day tasks (i.e. Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
